WM1000 Movies

  • Easy wireless temperature measurement Simple configuration enables temperature measurement just in 30 seconds.
  • Easy measurement of temperature within thermostatic chambers Temperature measurements in enclosed spaces such as a thermostatic chamber can be easily performed just by placing the temperature measurement unit in the chamber.
  • Easy measurement of indoor temperatures Temperature measurement of each point inside a room can be performed easily just by putting temperature measurement units in the desired places.
  • Easy measurement of moving objects (robot) Temperature measurement of operating machine tools or heat-generating parts of robots can be performed easily just by attaching the temperature measurement units.
  • Improvement of the radio environment (passive attachment) The passive attachment helps improve the radio environment by causing communication radio waves to avoid obstacles.

Examples

Measurement in vacuum environment

With the vacuum protective case, you can use AirLogger™ in vacuum environments, though AirLogger™ does not support use in vacuum environments by itself.
This allows you to monitor the temperature inside the vacuum chamber in realtime.

*This vacuum protective case is not guaranteed for use in all vacuum environments.
In rare cases, the vacuum environment may be damaged and/or contaminated due to outgassing generated from the case or other cause. Please use this case at your own discretion.

Temperature and Strain Measurement of Tires and Brakes

Surface temperatures of rotating tires or disk brakes, or the strain of axles can be easily evaluated by attaching AirLogger™ measurement units to the wheels and wiring thermocouples, strain gauges or other sensors to the parts to be measured.

  • Supports measurement of rotating objects (no slip rings required)
  • Reduces installation man-hours
  • Improves noise resistance
  • Prevents wire disconnection during measurement

Temperature/Strain Measurement of Moving Parts of Machine Tools

The temperature or strain of cutters, which was difficult to measure with conventional measuring instruments, can be easily measured by attaching an AirLogger™ measurement unit to the rotating part and wiring a sensor such as a thermocouple to the part to be measured.

  • Supports temperature measurement of rotating objects
  • Reduces installation man-hours
  • Improves noise resistance
  • Prevents wire disconnection during measurement

Measurement of Hydraulic Pressure, Strain, Displacement, and Temperature of Hydraulic Shovels

By placing an AirLogger™ measurement unit near the measured part and wiring a sensor such as a pressure gauge, strain gauge, or thermocouple to the measured part, the preparation man-hours before evaluation can be reduced and effective evaluation can be performed.

  • Enables synchronized monitoring
  • Eliminates the need for handling bundles of wire
  • Improves noise resistance
  • Reduces cable disconnection during operation
  • Supports the evaluation of movable parts including rotating objects

Multi-Channel Temperature Measurement of Each Automobile Part

By placing an AirLogger™ measurement unit in each part of an automobile, such as the engine compartment or exhaust system, and wiring a thermocouple to each part, the preparation man-hours before evaluation can be reduced and effective evaluation can be performed.

  • Capable of simultaneous measurement on up to 700 channels
  • Eliminates the need for handling bundles of thermocouples
  • Improves noise resistance
  • Reduces installation man-hours
  • Prevents wire disconnection during measurement
