Digital Filter(For more information, please refer to the instruction manual “Filter Arithmetic”.)

For measurement results, results which are processed by the digital filter can be provided.

Signal processes are available without separate calculation or inserting filters for analog circuits to measurement instruments in case high-frequency noises are large, or offset part should be eliminated.

Data of both before and after the signal processing can be obtained and preserved to conduct signal processing after measurement.

Procedure

1. Click on “[Calculation] → [Filter]” and pop out “Filter Calculation Dialog”.

2. Select the types of filters (Band Type) and cutoff frequency (Band Width).
Depending on the sampling period, selecting Band Width changes selectable frequency.
* The cutoff frequency stands for frequency which has -3 dB (approximately 0.7 times).

3. Select scope of data of the target and output folders for data after processing.

4. Click on “OK” button to start the process.

Selectable Band Width per sampling period is as follows.
